If anyone has any suggestions, bearing in mind that I don't currently have health insurance, please help by replying:
I don't know if it's a series of colds, or allergies, or just reactions to the weather changes, but every time it gets warm again, or cold again, my sinuses swell up so much I cannot breathe through my nose. I cannot swallow because of it--there apparently has to be some air passage in order to offset vacuum caused by swallowing.
Walking around helps, for a minute or two. Even splashing cold water on my face helps, for a minute or two. Steam doesn't work, Vick's VapoRub does nothing, cold medicines don't help at all--but then, I'm limited on what I can take of those, too, because I'm breastfeeding my little one.
I've even tried using a NetiPot to rinse out my sinuses, and they are so blocked, the water can't run through even a little bit.
This is affecting my work, my sleep, my ability to eat/drink, and most importantly, to deal with my children.
