I learned that it is my body...God gave it to me and I get to decide what it looks like and no one else can tell me. In this journey I have had others tell me what it should look like. Be sure to put yourself on this list of things to take care of. Make sure that food becomes your friend and not your enemy. You can do that by eating healthy and not eating for emotional reasons.

The biggest piece I can offer is be kind to yourself. So many times on here I see people posting about how they are stupid or are an idiot or whatever because they overate for one day. Don't do that, it doesn't do any good. Overeating for one day is not going to throw everything off. Plus, it has to be a lifestyle change, just not a temporary thing, so overeating is going to happen.

Working on maintaining at 140!
