I like this one:

Of course, it's likely you'd not be able to give the homemade ones, but it would have to be packaged ones - not sure about the rules, though

Made it, this time to my goal of 72K but reset it 70k to let me go up or down. I will be very happy to stay between the two.

My favorite and "New" tip was to mentally envision yourself saying NO thank you and/or passing up foods that are high calorie/high fat.

I am going to do that.
