Thanks everyone! It is the end of Thanksgiving day and I feel as though I conquered all the temptations. I ate lightly and watched my carb intake.. bulked up on fresh veggies and ate only a slice of the sugar-free Butterscotch Pudding Pie... Go me!

I used to eat really bad.. I am in management at my job.. so we would go out to eat 2-3 times a week to olive garden, applebees, cracker barrel... ect. I drank a lot of coffee with creamer and sugar, and sweet tea. I now opt to not go to lunch with them and stay in the breakroom and eat my packed lunch... and when I did go to applebee's I had from the under 500 cal menu. I cut the coffee and tea out and just drink water and zero cal vitamin waters. A lot of my weight is leftover from having 3 kids in 4 years....

This is my first week of my new lifestyle of eating right and exercising 2-3 times a week. I managed to get in 2 hour long exercise sessions and have been doing well with sticking to my calorie count goals... I stepped on the scale and in week one I lost 4 lbs!!!! I know this is a small victory, but I plan on celebrating every small step to my goal!
