I track everything I put in my mouth, no matter what. I usually even enter food in before I eat it so I can plan out the rest of my day. Even things like my vitamins, gum, and cough drops get logged.
Nothing changes until you do.

I use the Nutrition Tracker as it helps keep me within my goal of calories. Also, I like knowing how many calories are in certain foods before I commit to eating them. I find it to be a useful tool. :)
