More energy and my clothes fit better (to the point where my jeans have actually fallen off of me; thankfully it was dark outside and I was going into the house). I am waiting for the rest of the fat to come off of certain parts of my body.

I keep almost losing my workout pants...I guess it's good I work out at home.

My day clothes, all cotton and stretchy (lots of elastic) became my pajamas. Then I got out my long put away, too tight birkenstocks and they fit and needed the next hole in. And then just this weekend for a family get together I was able to put on (and actually needed a belt) my size 14 levis that I couldn't even pull over my hips 6 weeks ago. I am making progress.

First thing I noticed was I had less aches and pains. I literally could jump out of bed!

I noticed my clothes fitting better, going down a couple notches on my belt, more energy and more self confidence!!! LOVE IT!!!

First thing I really noticed was with my watch...it keeps sliding around my wrist because it's already so loose! I'm noticing it in my clothes too. I just wish someone would notice and say something about the fact that I've lost weight. I've lost 21 pounds, you would think someone else would be able to tell!

Haha! I definitely noticed that my underwear fits better in general...some pairs are too big and fall down in the butt!!

I haven't lost much weight yet, but I have been toning up. First thing I noticed was that I actually have biceps! My arms feel so firm. Woo hoo! And I can now also feel my thigh muscles.

I would have to say the very first thing I noticed was moving around didn't hurt anymore. Like, bending down to pick up something, or playing with the kids. My lower back stopped hurting. Before, I couldn't sit on the floor with crossed legs because when I got up, my back felt like it was disjointed and would then ache for days. I was so surprised to get off the floor and my back felt fine; I was elated!

Haven't lost much in terms of pounds so far, but this morning I noticed that I can feel my collarbones much more easily. Before they (like everything else) were buried under fat and barely noticeable. It seems a little odd to be focusing on them, but today I can't stop pressing down and feeling the curve of the bone. :P

@SSCOTT That doesn't sound weird at all, as one loses weight, especially around the midsection, it causes less heartburn because the excess weight is no longer pushing on the stomach causing the acid to back up. Also, extra weight around the chest can cause restriction to the lungs which makes it more difficult to breathe. I am glad to hear you are feeling such positive results from your weight loss!
