So, I am a middle-aged man and up until about 4 years ago I had NO BUTT! I lost weight and started lifting weights. Still no butt because I gnored my legs. About 2 years ago I realized that I needed to include leg exercises and incorporated squats, leg curls and leg extentions and then later lunges and calfs.
At 50 I now have a round butt. I get compliments about it and like that (I'm sure anyone would). An aquaintence of mine said to me not too long ago, "Aren't you a little too old to be worried about having a flat butt and trying to look muscular?"
Many compliments vs one negative comment
I hate that I even posted about it but I had to get it off my chest.
My retort to her was *silence*.....I'm NEVER silent but she pushed my low self-esteem button and I let her.
It is not okay for an alcoholic to get drunk once in a while.
So do not tell a food addict it is okay to eat like sh*t once in a while
