Hi friends! When I started this thread I was fully rockin and rollin on my Spark Journey! Since then, I've fallen off the wagon and totally jacked things up -- even putting 14 pounds of my 42 back on. But I want to say this: You KNOW you're a Spark Person when you fall OFF the wagon (it's left down the road and all you see is dust kind of fall off) and you KNOW that you can always return to the same thing that got you there, and it will STILL WORK! Thank you Spark Friends for sticking with me and helping me know I can still do it!

You spend so much time working your salad spinner that it should count toward cardio.

You cook something new for dinner and no one needs to ask if it’s another SparkPeople Recipe. Of course, it is.

A deciding factor in choosing between two restaurants is whether or not their nutritional info is available.

In real life, you've said “WooHoo!” when a friend or family member told you about their latest accomplishment.

You can answer SparkTrivia questions without relying on multiple choice answers.

You're frustrated that you can’t reset the SparkPolls like the Quizzes.

You think there should be a Challenge Team set up for the people simultaneously participating in the most Challenge Teams because you might be able to win it.

The day is not complete unless your water tracker is overflowing and all the fruit & veggie icons have appeared on the Freggie quick-track.
