Stick with it! It can be very time-consuming at first, but eventually almost everything you eat will be in Food Tracker as you enter more recipes and foods. As some people have already said, Favorites and Groupings are very helpful. I cook a lot and am always finding new recipes to try and adapt, so I try to enter any new ingredients/recipes the weekend before I plan on cooking. That way, I only have to sit down once a week to enter anything new, instead of having to mess around every time I eat something.

This helps me keep on track.

Taking it one day at a time!

Add items to your favorites and create groupings. I find that I must track. Otherwise I conveniently forget what I ate and over eat.

My first goal is to get back to 135lbs (just 6.8 lbs to go)

I find it easier on the iPhone Spark-App. It's also easier when I eat less because there isn't much to put in.

Creating groups for common meals, or copying your meal from one day to the next, then making minor adjustments works for me. I also use my cell phone app so I can make additional entries at any time, anywhere

It takes work, but I find if I don't do it, I eat a lot more calories than I think I'm eating. It's the only way to keep myself in check.

It's not as bad when your favorites list gets built up.

Uuhmm I think the only easier way is entering them from your phone using the SP app.
