Been struggling with the cals lately probably due to not sleeping properly my son has a cough and is keeping us up on a night, this has also meant the gym has been less productive, the result is that I have put on a bit, really not happy about this need to get a grip!

Go for it.. you can do it! Your brain gives up before your body don't listen to those negative thoughts.

Take a long walk, and get back on track with my foods.
Yesterday was way off. Took my daughter out of town for a concert. Ended up running late, hit unexpected traffic, ate foods I haven't been eating. I don't think I even drank all my water yesterday.
Onward and upward for today!

Right Now I am trying to find out where I can create my own recipe.. I have searched and searched and all I can find is how to recreate a recipe.. where can I create one? I have already done one and it was accepted now I need to do this second one so I can find out how much calories I am putting into my mouth...

Inches Inches Inches lost are more important to me than pounds... :) well POUNDS ARE STILL IMPORTANT NOT AS MUCH AS INCHES THOSE SHOW THE REAL PROGRESS AND THAT IS A HEALTHIER WAY TO MAINTAIN YOUR WEIGHT!!

Learn to no only remain in my calorie allowance when hubby is around, but also eat the right foods when he is around. I have noticed that when hubby is not working on the weekends, I find myself eating what he eats even though I stay in my calorie allowance. emoticon
