Eabl, dessert sounds great, I'll have some, too. Nutella chocolate cake. That's a recipe I'd like to have.

Dessert? I appear to have arrived just in time! I'd like a large slice of the Nutella Chocolate layer cake. Afterwards, I'll have a glass of pinot noir and enjoy the evening out on the terrace with Linda and Zzyyggy. Way to hot and humid for that in the RW, but the weather's perfect here tonight.

I came in with cheese on my mind. But, gee Zzyyggy, chicken salad on cheddar cheese biscuits sounds amazing. I must be hungry. Then I think I need a nap and after I wake up I'll have dessert.

Blackout cake and crescent cookies? These wouldn't be the almond crescent cookies, would they? I love them! Nom, nom, nom! (Gee, I miss our absent friends, we'll just have to pretend they're here.)

Hi Linda and Zzyyggy! Wasn't the eclipse fantastic? Really something special. In honor of the event, Francois made blackout cake and crescent cookies for dessert tonight. I'm have the mushroom stuffed mezzaluna pasta with fresh peas and Alfredo sauce for dinner along with garlic bread and a glass of chardonnay. Then, I'm having both of the special desserts. Gotta celebrate the big day, right?

Watched the solar eclipse. We had close to a total eclipse here near Charlotte. Cool. I didn't even think about having an eclipse party at the cybercafe. Hey, we can have a pool party anytime we want to though! For tonight, though, I'd really like some cheese biscuits. I know ham goes with cheese biscuits, but since I don't eat pork I'll have to think of something else. They would go good with a big old bowl of chili, nice and spicy with shredded cheese on top. Mm.

Good morning, all! What a lovely day at the cyber-cafe. It looks lovely outside in the RW, too, at least from my picture window. However, I happen to know that it's hotter than blazes out there, so I'll just stay here. The brunch buffet is set out on the terrace, and it looks scrumptious! I'll have a mini bagel filled with lox, cream cheese, cappers and shaved red onion, some scrambled eggs and home fried potatoes, and one of these yummy small cheese blitzes with home-grown blueberry topping. And of course a pot of tea with milk and sugar.

There's a table over at the edge overlooking the meadows. I'll just sit there and enjoy the scenery.

Grilled pizza? Never had that, but it sounds good. I'd like grilled eggplant, onions, and peppers on mine, please. Linda, that dessert sounds fabulous! I'd like one of those, too please. Oh, and wine - whatever you've got open, Viktor.

The guys have the grills going here at the cybercafe. Francois is making pizza on the grill. Cheese, I want lots of cheese on mine. And veggies like onions and peppers and mushrooms and artichokes are good, too. Oh, and don't forget the olives. I'm going to have grilled peach crumble with peach ice cream and caramel sauce for dessert.

Hi Linda, hi Zzyyggy! Hope you had a nice afternoon. I heard something about tarts and cinnamon ice cream? Count me in! Linda, you can have all the apple tarts if I can have the peach ones. Love peaches, especially when they're fresh in season. These were picked from the cyber-cafe orchards just this morning. Can't get much fresher than that.

Hey Zzyyggy! Looks like you had a quiet afternoon. Now that I've had a few sips of my Sapphire martini I've decided I'll have my favorite antipasto platter, please, Viktor. Check out the bread basket. Not only do I have lovely warm bread, but Francios made my favorite little cheese crackers, too. Yum.

Later, when Eabl comes in, I'll have the apple tart with some cinnamon ice cream. I was thinking about peaches, but the apple tarts just struck my fancy.

Hi all! I've never seen Dark Matter, so I might just have to catch that binge watch party, Linda. Sundae buffet sounds like a great idea. All those yummy flavors and toppings. Where to start?

Welcome to the cybercafe Spunout. Feel free to order whatever you like. There are recliners out by the pool and up on the terrace in the shade. I DVR'd a bunch of shows and I'm going to binge watch Dark Matter tonight. I haven't decided whether to watch it on the big screen outside or in the cybercafe's man cave. M&M's and other goodies at the ready. Should we do a sundae buffet? Everyone is welcome to join the fun.

This mouse is ready for garlic tonight! Garlic knots, roasted garlic, roasted garlic chicken and potatoes. Bring it on! You might not want to sit too close. Viktor, may I please have a sweet tea?

I was going to take a dip in the cyber pool, but the guys are cleaning it. I think I'll just sit here and enjoy watching them while I nibble on some grapes and cherries and smoked Gouda and cheddar. Oh, just look at Viktor reaching down to clean the skimmer. Sigh. Mm, a nice cold glass of iced tea and a couple of nibbles of carrot tastes really good.

Hi all! I never got here yesterday, so I thought I'd come by while I have a minute. Besides, it's lunch time in the RW, so the timing's perfect. I'll have the nachos deluxe and a margarita on the rocks. Yes, I know it's not quite noon in the RW yet, but it is somewhere, including here in cyber land because I want it to be. I'll have that lunch out by the pool. For dessert, I'm going to have that heavenly chocolate mint concoction that Linda ordered the other day. Sounded wonderful. Is that Zzyyggy doing the doggie paddle in the pool? She sure is a strong swimmer!

Hi Linda, Zzyyggy! I'm a bit late getting here tonight, so I'll just have dessert. I'd like a slice of that peanut butter pie Francois made today. He put a layer of dark chocolate ganache between the graham cracker crust and the peanut butter fluff. Then he decorated the top with piped whip cream rosettes and drizzled it with dark chocolate and caramel. Then he finished it with a sprinkle of chopped peanuts. Yum! Anybody else want some?

Eabl, your quiche sounded so good I've ordered one for dinner with a side of fattoush. I just love the lemon vinaigrette spiced with sumac in the bread salad. Of course, I don't add the fried pita, it's the radish, tomato, cucumber, parsley, mint, and lettuce with the lemony dressing I love.

I think Useless was helping Moxie this morning. He likes hanging around with barn cats.

That was a great sundae! Yours looked good too, Linda. We may have to repeat that later on today. Another sundae for another Sunday :-). For now, I'm here for lunch. I'll have the crab quiche with a side salad and lemon vinaigrette dressing. A glass of chardonnay with that please, Viktor. For dessert I'll have a plate of Russian tea cakes with a pot of tea (milk and sugar as well).

The terrace is lovely with all the pretty flowers in bloom and the pollinators flying back and forth between them. I'll eat out here and watch the cyber farm animals in the meadow. The goats and sheep are out with Cinnamon Bun. The hens have taken up their station on top of the barn again. I suspect Moxie must have played a game of chase with them this morning.

Hi all! I spent the day in the RW cleaning the house, grocery shopping, and unloading about a ton of recycling, so I feel as though I've really earned some cyber calories. I'd like a large sundae please! B&J's chunky monkey ice cream with hot fudge sauce, chocolate covered frozen banana slices, walnut syrup, and whipped cream, please.

I'll eat this by the pool where I can put my feet up and watch the fun.

Hi cyber-friends! I'm here early today for a change. I'm going to peruse the breakfast buffet - I'm sure I'll find lots of good things. That cinnamon bun French toast smells wonderful. I definitely want that. Maybe a couple of sausage links for protein. Those tropical fruit cups look very nice - fresh mango, pineapple, papaya, kiwi, banana, all sprinkled with shaved coconut. Best have one of those. Freggies are very important to a healthy diet, after all.

I'll take that out on the terrace. Could I please have a pot of tea with milk and sugar, Viktor. I'll just sit here and read my book while I eat until someone else joins me.

Well it's a bit past sunset, but I want one of those sundaes that Linda had earlier. Hard to beat that combination. But maybe I'd better have some dinner first. I'd like a genuine Philly cheesesteak 'wid (translation: with grilled onions and peppers), and provolone. Some fries on the side and a glass of Malbec, please, Viktor.

I see Zzyyggy sacked out in the corner, sound asleep. I think she wore herself out last night.

Whew I'm still tired from last night's swimming. I think I'll take a lazy day by the cyber pool, and sip on a pitcher of sweet tea, and munchies all afternoon. For dinner I could go for the pancakes Linda is having for lunch, and a plate of scrambled eggs, and sausage. An iced cafe mocha with that please. Coca cola doesn't really go for pancakes. For dessert how about a cinnamon roll and some more iced coffee.

Good morning, Linda! You're right, last night was a lot of fun. I ended up crashing last night on one of the recliners out by the pool. That's why I'm here so early (for me at least). Those pancakes smell delicious, but I'm being tempted by the ham and cheese strata this morning. Some tea with milk and sugar with that please, Viktor. Such a lovely morning out here on the terrace. I think I'll go for a swim later. Any plans for the day, Linda?

You didn't miss Zzyyggy and her pack howling show tunes at the moon. And, boy, can Swimandwalk swim. Her midnight synchonized swimming with Zzyyggy's pack was stunning. Just another evening around the cybercafe.

Hi everyone! It's late so I'm just here for cake. I'll have a large piece of chocolate stout layer cake with mocha cream cheese icing and a glass of ruby port. Sorry I missed the pool party earlier - was tied up in the RW. It sure looks festive here tonight. The guys strung up lights all around the terrace and have candles floating in the pool.

Viktor's started a bonfire. S'mores later?

Hey, Zzyyggy and Swim! I'll join you by the cyber pool. Mm, lemonade and sweet tea. I'll just have them together. Viktor, I'd like an antipasto platter and some of the cheese crackers Francois made this morning, please. Oh, thanks, a basket with warm rolls, too. Wonderful.

Hello. It's getting hot again. I'd like some fresh-squeezed lemonade to enjoy by the cyberpool.

Hi everyone, Coming in for a late lunch. I think I'll have the bacon cheeseburger platter with fries and coleslaw. An icy cold coca cola with that of course. For dessert how about some klondike bars, and an iced cafe mocha. I think I'll enjoy the rest of the afternoon by the cyber pool where it's nice and cool with a pitcher of sweet tea, and some munchies.

Hello all. In the real world, I am feeling better, but now my dog is under the weather. I had to take her to the vet for an urgent care visit today. Now she is on antibiotics, and I am putting ointment in her eyes every 3-4 hours. I hope she is better soon.

Okay, I'm very thirsty and a little hungry - that nice fruit platter - yes, the one with watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, blueberries, etc. - will be just what I want to eat tonight. Could I have it with some whole grain cracker and aged gouda cheese? Yum.

P.S. I haven't had time to check out the SparkPeople Lemon Mousse recipe yet. Maybe tomorrow...

Hi all! I've just had dinner in the RW but that bread smells so good, I'm going to have to have some. Please bring me a basket with lots of cyber-cafe fresh churned butter, and a glass of pinot gris, Viktor. For dessert (I didn't have that in the RW), I'll have some of that lemon mousse. Francois made it from fresh lemons this afternoon using Swim's grandmother's recipe. Yogurt & Cool Whip? I think not!

It's been a gorgeous day at the cybercafe. Spent the afternoon floating around the cyber pool and I'm a bit waterlogged. Hey Swim! Did you see the lemon mousse recipe at Spark today? Yogurt and cool whip, yikes! I think I'll have some of your grandmother's lemon mousse as filling for the lemon pound cake I'm having for dessert later. Oh, that would be good with an espresso with some sugar and a twist of lemon.

I'll have some tomato cucumber salad, rotisserie chicken, and grilled carrots, onions, and peppers. Francois has been baking bread and rolls today so the bread basket has a wonderful selection.

Hi all! Nice to see you all here today. Feel better soon, Swim.

Those scallops Zzyyggy was eating looked good. I'll have mine seared with some lemon orzo, salad and some garlic bread. A glass of pinot gris with that, please Viktor. For dessert, I'd like a big serving of strawberry shortcake.

Homemade chicken soup sounds good. I'll have the corn muffins, too, please. Oh, and an order of mac and cheese with lots of veggies. No jello for me. I've never cared much for jello, other than when Aldi filled the cyber pool with jello. Much better than the chocolate pudding Spacebot was fond of putting in the pool.

Zzyyggy! A bucket of M&M's! One of my favorite things! I like the plain ones and the caramel ones and the peanut ones and the mint ones . . . I like them all!!! (A little too excited? Perhaps I should stop pirouetting around the pool?)

I would like a nice crock of homemade chicken noodle soup, some corn muffins with farm butter, some fresh pineapple and orange slices, and a side of cherry jello. I seem to either being attacked by ragweed pollen or a cold in the real world.

Hi everyone. In early for dinner again. I'll have the fried scallops, and baked potato with cole slaw. For dessert how about another dish of ice cream with chocolate sauce, and an iced café mocha. I'll enjoy an afternoon of sweet tea, swimming, and reading by the cyber pool, and maybe a bucket of m&ms.

Mm, ginger snaps with orange icing taste even more yummy. I'll have some of those with my iced tea, please. Went swimming in the cyber pool this morning. Now I need a nice nap. I'll just go on up to the gazebo with my book and lounge around in my recliner with Useless, my furry cyber cat. Maybe we can give him some tuna treats, too.

Cheese doodles, cheez-its, and cheese platters! Thanks for the order Eabl. What a lovely afternoon (and no scary big cats or other mouse eaters, thank goodness for Zzyyggy and her pack.) Grilled fish in garlic sauce sounds good. I'd like some linguine tossed in a sauce of sun dried tomatoes, green olives, fresh basil, garlic, and lemon. Delicious raw sauce! (So easy to make, too.) We can add some nice toasty garlic bread and sweetie might not want to be kissing me tonight unless he eats with us at the cybercafe.

I'd like the praline toffee crunch ice cream with hot fudge sauce for dessert. I'll gladly have the iced mocha cafe, too, please.

Hi ladies! I know that Linda will be showing up at some point, so please bring us a cheese platter with some baguette slices, Viktor. I'll have a glass of pinot gris with that while we wait for Linda.

For dinner, I'll have the corvina a la plancha con ajo with mango salsa, and gallo pinto. For a change, I'll have a margarita on ice with that.

Zzyyggy, that dessert sounds good. I'll have that too, without the coffee.

Hi everyone, Linda you can come out now no mouse eating here. I'm here to spend the afternoon on the cyber terrace reading a good book, and sipping on some sweet tea. Oh yes and a basket of the mixed snacks Viktor has going around. Anyone for cheese doodles? For dinner I'll have the porter house steak, baked potato, and salad, and rolls. An icy cold coca cola with that. For dessert how about some chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream with chocolate sauce, and an iced cafe mocha

Hi everyone! National cheesecake day?! Well, that settles it. I'm having what I and a friend would sometimes have on Sunday nights many, many decades ago, when I was living in CA. There was a wonderful ice cream parlor nearby where we'd go for Sundae dinner (get it? emoticon ). One of my favorites was their cheesecake sundae, which started, of course, with 2 large chunks of cheesecake at the bottom of the dish. Then they would pile on the vanilla ice cream, hot fudge sauce, whipped cream, nuts, and a cherry. Ah, youth! If I tried eating that for dinner now, I'd probably throw up. emoticon But since we're here in the cybercafe, I'm safe.

No, I think I'll pass on dessert, Viktor - or maybe just a nice glass of pinot gris while I hang out on the patio with the others.

Viktor, I'll have the chicken kabobs with fattoush and batata harra. That's Lebanese salad and spicy fried potatoes and they are so yummy. For dessert I'll have the daily selection of cookies (endless platter, of course).

Sunday morning and time to repent. I ate too many s'more's at the cybercafe yesterday. I'll just have a light breakfast this morning. Maybe a pot of tea would be good, Viktor. Fresh peaches would be good. With a scone and an egg. Those cookies Francois made yesterday looked good. Just a nibble of that.

Did you know it was National Cheesecake Day? Maybe a little nibble of cheesecake would be nice. Maybe tomorrow I'll have a light breakfast.

Hi all! I missed yesterday, so I'm going to make up for lost time now that I'm here. Those cookies look good, SwimandWalk. I'll have one or two of those to munch on while I think about what to order.

Okay, then... I'll start with the artichoke focaccia, then I'll have the ravioli with wild mushroom sauce and garlic bread for my entree. A glass of pinot gris with that please, Viktor. For dessert, I'll have the torta Caprese with a nice glass of port.

Thanks for the s'mores ice cream info, Linda. Good old B&J - if anyone was going to do it, they would. I might try some a little later, maybe paired with some actual s'mores. Anyone else interested?

Please don't worry. Mouse doesn't tempt me. My grandmother's homemade mousse probably would, but I've not had it in over 40 years, so who knows?

Right now, I think I'd like some hot apple cider with some oatmeal-raisin cookies that are hot out of the oven. The temperatures have dropped in the real world for a couple of days and I'm feeling a little cool.

We can have barbecue chicken with biscuits. Yum. I'd like potato salad, cumin carrots, biscuits with butter and some honey.

No worries about being hot at the cybercafe, Zzyyggy. We've got a lovely breeze today. Let's go sit up on the terrace to eat dinner and watch the sunset.

Thanks Linda for looking that up. I wasn't sure who, but I knew I had seen it in the ice cream freezer. My favorite Klondike bar double chocolate. Love those. I think I'll spend the rest of the afternoon out by the pool swimming. It's really hot here in the real world. I could go for barbecue chicken, and corn on the cob for dinner with an icy cold coca cola. I'll wait till later to eat as long as I can have some chips and sweet tea while I lounge by the pool, and read.

Gertie, virtual calories may make you hungry, but I'm pretty sure that's about it. Have a seat in one of the recliners with an umbrella. Don't get too close to the cyber pool because Zzyyggy's pack likes to cannonball with lots of splashing. Although sometimes it's nice to get splashed.

Iced tea sounds good to me. Viktor I'd like the Greek salad platter with hummus and pita, please.

Worked out in the hot, hot sun today. Not feeling up for anything heavy. I'll just have a nice salad with Catalina dressing. Easy on the dressing, even in a cyber café, calories add up! I'll have an unsweetened tea to drink. Think I'll wait by the pool. The breeze is nice after a long hot day.

Eabl, I googled s'mores ice cream. Ben and Jerry's makes it and Klondike has a s'mores bar. Who knew? Do you think peach pie would taste good with a s'mores with s'mores ice cream? Not touching, of course. It's easier just to have two separate desserts, isn't it?

Hi all! Here in time for dinner tonight. I had pasta for dinner in the RW tonight, so I think I'll order something different here. I'll have some pulled pork with corn and coleslaw. I'd also like to try some of that garlic bread. Love peaches, Swimandwalk! I'm having some on Greek yogurt with almond extract and a honey drizzle for a snack in the RW later tonight. So for the cyber-cafe, I think I'll make it warm peach pie with a large scoop of cinnamon ice cream.

Okay, Zzyyggy, let us in on the secret. Who makes s'mores ice cream? I have to try some of that!
