I like to just chill with a good book, have a nice nap and then go on a walk by the river thru the park in the evening. These things make me very relaxed and ready to face another week.

If I have the day off, my favorite activity is to read and drink coffee if there is cool weather (it just isn't enjoyable to me during the summer). It's so relaxing. Sometimes take a nap if I feel I need it, but I do that on any day I have off if I feel I need to recharge. Other than that, taking my walks is sometimes nicer and more peaceful on Sundays since there is usually less traffic on the roads.

1st goal: 10.4 pounds, 299 by July 2, 2014 (met June 25th)
2nd goal: 30 pounds- 10% of remaining weight, 269 by October 15, 2014 (met September 24th)
