I love yoga and pilates on the stability ball as my favorites. I like other workouts on the ball also but these are my staples. I have found it is making a difference in all aspects of my life. i have increased energy and my body is becoming more flexible and even when I walk I have noticed that I feel differently from doing those. I have tons of dvds and that also keeps me from getting bored. As I am just getting back into it from a 2 - 3 year break. I really feel my body awekening but I am consistent and truly love and it is my playtime and quiet time also. Sorry for going on too much. I just wanted to share with everyone.

running. I can go at my own pace, push myself on good days and do half walking on tired days. I can fit in 20 minutes anytime, and always feel amazing after a good run.

Weight lifting, walking and group exercise classes. Everyone should be cleared by their doctor before starting to exercise.

I do the exercise bike, have been doing it every day that we are home for over 8 years. The bike sits in the living room, in front of the tv, both my husband and I use it every day, he does around 4 hours a day, and I do 3 hours a day. When I first began, I did SEVEN minutes!! Could barely fit my butt on the bike seat, we put a small pillow on the seat, in fact. But, you get used to it, and I miss it if we are away from home. Then we just walk. Slowly but surely, you can do it. Keep your exercise equipment in the room where you spend the most time, like, keep your weights in that room, too. Don't hide workout stuff in a spare bedroom, for Pete's sakes!!!!!
