often when I wake up early I do a workout at home. Sometimes I can catch another 30 minutes or so of sleep afterward.
I'm a morning person. I've been doing early morning workouts for years when I have bouts of insomnia. I don't think exercising that early gets my body in the habit of waking earlier, but it does get me in the habit of working out in the morning no matter when I wake up.
The most handicapped person in the world is a negative thinker; a person who has the skills, abilities, talents and tools, yet chooses not to use them.
