I thought about this when I got home this evening and decided to go to a peer-reviewed medical site, WebMd.com, and see what they had to say about it. Here's some info, for those interested, dispelling the top 4 myths regarding soy products, including the myth that plant estrogens (keyword: plant), known as phytoestrogens, somehow effect hormones in people: blogs.webmd.com/healthy-recipe-doctor/2011 /03/four-soy-food-myths-exposed.html

Tony, I drink it - according to my doctor, the biggest concern is the potential for an increase in a hormone called prolactin (produced by women during nursing), but it has not been a problem for me. Incidentally, according to my doctor, that is a problem associated with all soy products, ie, tofu, tempeh and others. The key is moderation. If you're concerned, rice milk and almond milk are viable options. ~John

I'm not a guy, but my husband drinks it regularly. Hasn't seemed to have any effect on him ;-) The concerns with hormones in soy products are really limited to extremely high levels of consumption, or people with particularly sensitivities, such as those with female reproductive cancers. I wouldn't worry about an occasional glass of soymilk.

Do any guys drink soy milk out there, or do you worry about the estrogen in it?
