Kale, spinach, spring mix lettuce blend, cucumber, butternut squash, zucchini, yellow squash, radishes, carrots, beefsteak tomatoes, Roma tomatoes, baby heirloom tomatoes, avocados, cucumber, sweet potatoes, Yukon potatoes, purple sweet potatoes, russet potatoes, cauliflower, broccoli, and a variety of onions, corn, a variety of bell peppers, mini sweet peppers. Some of those are actually fruit, but I use them as a vegetable....so semantics.

I also have about 16 bags of frozen veggies (Brussels sprouts, edamame, green beans, peas, corn, mixed veggies, broccoli, cauliflower, mixed peppers/onions).but they don't count because they're not fresh.
