great question, for us we always have, lettuce, cabbage, cucumbers, onions, green peppers, hot peppers, tomatoes to name a few. No excuse not to use them in a salad, stir fry or casserole of sorts. Getting my veggie allowance in is easy and as time goes on, I would rather eat veggies then junk food, so that to me is a sure sign that I am making progress. Glad to be a part of this topic of discussion.
