First let me say that IF you can track after each meal; IF you can't take the time at that moment to log on, write down EVERY morsel that makes it's way into your mouth, EVERY condiment, EVERY 8 ounces of water, etc - it will certainly put things into perspective. You'll discover how many calories, fat, carbs, & protein you're eating. One thing for me is the "hidden sodiums", not just what salt I add that has appalled me with certain foods. SO, just do it.
Make a game out of it; read other peoples blogs; start your own weight loss journey blog OR just talk about your days. You may see some things through tracking and blogging that will be "aha" moments!!!
You can do this; have fun with it; get going on the Spart Points - challenge yourself to stick with it. Next thing you know, you might be marking your first 5 pound loss!!!
