I have the Enell sport bra. Love them. There is NO movement when I have it on and I run and horseback ride in them. Comfortable and long lasting. No stretching out with repeated washings. Well worth the price.

I second the recommendation for Enell bras. I'm an HH cup and these work great. They cost $$, but worth every penny if you're active.

Another vote for Title 9!

Also, even though some bras may seem unreasonably expensive, I think preventing sag is worth every penny! I think it's more worthwhile to spend on a great sportsbra than a cute workout outfit.

I have a hate relationship with any bra. Who invented them??? I do wear one though. My exercise is swimming so my sports bra is built in. emoticon

I say, you always get what you pay for. I think it's worth saving up some money if you need some good support. I'm pretty much at my goal weight, kind of in maintenance mode. I am in the 130's and have never been there in my life. I was always in the 150's which is also healthy for me and I always had a larger chest. When I gained weight I was kind of huge and didn't love it. As soon as I hit the 130's I lost my girls! It was hard to accept at first, but that is where padded bras come in. As far as exercise goes, I actually love it. I don't have to double up with two sports bras anymore and they don't get in the way. I think I like my girls a lot more being smaller. If you lose enough weight, you might not even have support problems anymore, that is what happened to me.

Is it wrong to fight time, to turn it back or push it forward? Time was never mine.

I have tried to do the measure of the band like bra companies say, you know measure and add 10. That makes the band way to big and my breasts fall out under the band.

I don't run because I haven't found a good bra. I also don't like the uniboob look. I might check out the websites listed. Thanks for all the support.

We do pay more for bras at places like Title 9 or Herroom, but I find they last longer with better support than ones from Target or Walmart. Just do some research before buying. I always will find bras I like on those websites and then I always read all the reviews and I will check and see if Amazon has it too and see what those reviews say as well. You can't always totally count on those because we are shaped a bit different, but they can give a good idea to problems with certain bras.

Hi, MLAN613, I check out the Title 9 website but I think their sizing of dresses is weird.

I'm like 36-29-39, so most of their dresses would fit my hips and waist but will be too tight around the bust.

And I also think they're really pricey for Malaysian ringgit.

I too am well endowed plus small frame around hence 34DDD or over. I have found a website herroom.com. You WILL pay but they are worth it. They have every brand you can imagine. They also have every intimate wear you might want or need. Good Luck in finding YOUR best.emoticon

I found a sports bra made by Lily of France that has the underwire on the outside. I have to say it holds the girls just right and is actually quite comfy.

The underwire itself doesn't bug me when I am wearing just it but when I stick the sports bra over it and then work out it does I guess it presses it in a weird direction. The underwire sports bra sounds good tho lift and hold would be awesome I don't like to bounce when I work out it's distracts me lol.

If you want a supportive sport bra, you're not going to find it at Walmart or Target. I suggest getting a bra from Enell or Moving Comfort. I have a Moving Comfort bra, yes it cost over $50, but it works.

I have two Wacoal sports underwire bras, style 855170, that are supportive and very comfortable. I highly recommend that style. Underwire should not be painful or uncomfortable. I believe that people who complain about underwires being uncomfortable are wearing bras that don't fit.

I have seen sports bras in magazine for 40 plus and I don't mind paying that as long as it does the job but I guess I have been afraid it won't, but everyone's pointed me in some good directions. :) Yes under wire and sports bra is not comfy at all.

Many people with larger chests double up on sports bras, not a regular bra + sports bras, which may be more comfortable. (Let's face it, underwire and exercise don't play well together.) :-)

Otherwise, there are more supportive sports bras out there. Unfortunately, not cheap. Here's a link to Title Nine:

I am not well endowed but have heard good things about Title Nine.

How about buying sports bras from a label that supports (pardon the pun) chesty women?

I'm in a love hate relationship with sport bras .I love the idea that I won't bounce and hate that I do. I am a chesty girl and none of the ones from a regular store(walmart, target) can hold up. So I have been doubling up wearing my regular bra and a sports over that. Not exactly comfortable after a workout. Any body have similar issues? Or a solution?
