The first thing I noticed was that I was much more flexible and could reach for things without grunting! The second thing I noticed the other night when I went to watch my son's high school band concert. When I sat down in the seat, my hips didn't rub the arm rests! I am in heaven because of both of the above reasons.

How FULL I feel eating just part of the meals that I previously would wolf down with no problem. I think it's the breakfast and snacking.

This may sound a little inappropriate but I really didn't notice any changes until one night my BF and I were being intimate and he made a comment. About how good my piece of intimate apparel looked amazing. I ended up going into the bathroom and looking at myself and I noticed all sorts of things... my thighs were toning up, my arms didn't jiggle as much my collar bone is starting to stand out. Over the next few days I tried on some of my clothing and really noticed changes in how things wore and loved it. I love seeing these changes and honestly they still catch me by surprise!

Pants, skirts, shorts all became very loose around the waist. Nervous to invest in a smaller size (what if I gain the weight back???), but it's a great motivation to keep it off! Plus, engagement ring spins around my finger now; time to get it re-sized!
Suck it up and one day you won't have to suck it in.

I'm getting so many compliments on my appearance now, it's getting embarassing. And I'm only halfway there.

I needed a belt for my jeans. I felt more focused, more motivated to get things done, I was able to participate fully in SparkPeople but I wasn't truly more energetic because I wasn't eating enough total carbohydrate calories a day. I think I need to eat breakfast earlier and add a morning snack to my diet to eat more a day. Eating healthy may be too low calorie for me as I'm usually under my diet recommendations for the day at 8 PM.

Yes! You are so right! So cool to actually give yourself the power to choose what you eat and track the calories. Like - no, I'm not eating that donut because I just don't want to. Feels great. I really want to keep this up.

I noticed space between my belly and the steering wheel. I have a chihuahua who prefers to sit in my lap while we drive...but over time my lap was getting smaller and smaller. He's gotten his favorite spot back and I can easily get in and out of my car! Win/win

More energy,sleeping better,not having a daily backache, and being able to bend over without squatting like a pregnant lady  . I also feel less stressed and more positive. My depression is pretty much gone too  .

My clothes are not tight and they are comfortable. I just feel better all around. when I see something moving on the scale, it gets me motivated.

I noticed my face is much slimmer, and my knees are not screaming at me all the time, just when I push them too hard.
Like a butterfly, I am shedding my cocoon, to emerge a bright new me!
