My wedding rings fit (I didn't realize my fingers were fat too). My pants are too big around the waist and legs and my face looks so much better without the extra pudge and double chin is almost gone!

My joints, especially my ankles, are moving instead of being so stiff and painful. I have been able to get up first thing in the morning and NOT use my cane to walk, third day in a row! This is progress!!!

I noticed the change in my mind. I was confident and very clear headed and had much more energy. I guess its true what they say about fast food and junk food. It depresses you, you are never satisfied, and you feel like you have no energy. That's what it does to me. I love the way I feel when I eat healthy.
I am transforming.

I can cross my legs comfortably when I sit! I have definition under my arms and at the top of rear.

I started to feel muscles that I hadn't felt in years. I had more energy and didn't need to take a nap in the afternoon. I started sleeping more soundly. Then I noticed that I went down a notch in my belt, and, a couple of weeks later, I went down another notch!

I started to like eating healthy & exercising. It wasn't torture to eat vegetables for dinner, because I actually enjoyed them! I also noticed my stomach was slimmer after about 3 weeks of running. :)

When I started jogging, it felt like my behind was running in the opposite direction. Now, we are running in sync. Much better. :)

My blazer felt loose when I put it on this morning! I don't feel hungry anymore since I'm on the 8 glasses of water a day kick. My face is thinner, especially around the cheeks and chin. I have been sleeping really well since I started playing racquetball and I feel more energetic.

I started sleeping better and there is a pink glow to my skin. I have way more energy.

The scale was my first motivator. Then I realised it wasn't that hard to drink 8 glasses of water if I started early enough. Then people noticed my wieght loss. Then they commented on how much younger I looked and that was due to being well hydrated.

More energy, less sleep required and my pants got looser.

I started to feel better and have more energy. I also had a lot more personal confidence, which helped me get to the gym. THEN, I noticed that I could actually sleep on my stomach again rather than my belly being kind of squished underneath me or to the side a bit. Now, ten pounds later, my clothes are fitting better. I have workout endurance. I've lost inches. And so much more! I never thought I could average over 11,500 steps a day!

Just starting the diet gave me hope. With hope, I became happier immediately. Stayed on the dieting to continue feeling that way about myself. Then the looser clothes came.

I'm three weeks in and I have a better attitude...clothes are already feeling better. I'm already a good sleeper, but I seem to be waking up easier, not so drowsy...
