YES, almost every day. I have so many I can't name them all but I have the Supreme 90 Day Challenge, which is about 10 or so dvd's, various Jillian Michael's, Bob Harper's boot camp, many ST and Cardio dvd's as well as a dozen or so circuit training. The list goes on...I have a 6 dvd set of Australian produced exercises that are very different than our American workouts and they are TOUGH! I love the variety and never get bored. I cannot afford a gym membership and even if I could, I love the convenience and the time I save by working out at home. I also have Coach Nicole's 28 day bootcamp dvd though have only done a couple of workout from it thus far. But so far so good!

Yes. I have Insanity & P90x2. insanity was great I lost ~ 20lb's after having my 3rd baby. I just started p90x and so far really like it.

Yes. Those are my mainstay. I use or have used 30 day Shred, TaeBo Cardio, Zumba, and picked up some new ones from library Billy Blanks (Taebo creator) Bootcamp and Ultimate Bootcamp. I just did one this morning. WOW! I want to add some to my collection, so I figured that I would try them out from library first before I commit to buy.

YES, I am a FIRM believer! I have plenty of DVDs to switch it up and I do all of my workouts at home where I can try anything and work at intensity without feeling insecure!

I absolutely love the FIRM workout videos they never get boring and the time flies by + I get a great workout!

I workout at home 4-5 times per week and have quite a few DVDs I use so I don't get bored...but of course I have my favourites. I have several Jillian Michaels ones including 30 Day Shred & Ripped in 30 are very effective & quick. Also I have Amy Bento's Step Challenge 1, 2, & 3 (if you have a step), and recently got Cathe Friedrich's Imax 2 with Cardio & Weights (step aerobics for cardio). The Amy Bento & Cathe Friedrich DVDs have several workout routines to choose from and it's nice as it mixes things up. The Amy Bento routines are a little tough to learn at first but once you get the hang of them it's a great workout as the time goes by fast!

I have always loved the Winsor Pilates series, especially the 20 minute workout which is available for free on you tube. It is the perfect type of workout to do in front of the TV. It is done on a mat and it mostly works on the abs and legs. There is no crazy jumping around and once you've done the workout a couple of times you don't really need to watch it anymore and you can just use it as a timer. The Winsor Pilates "Buns and Thighs" (without resistance band) is one of my fave workouts EVER. Unfortunately, it is old and is only available on VHS. Again, it is mat based and it works your legs and buns like you wouldn't believe while allowing you to be in a relaxed and comfortable position. I prefer to get my cardio outside via walking and jogging so it is nice to have a video series that helps with toning and strength training while still managing to be somewhat relaxing.

I've always enjoyed videos, as I can't really afford a gym membership. I like the FIRM (older ones--you can find them cheap on ebay, and there are easy ways to makeshift their props) and TurboJam. Jillian Michaels is pretty good too, but I don't really resonate with her personality as much.

I think workout videos are awesome! In a hurry and can't make it to the gym pop on in, and they have gotten more intense and better every year. My favorites are Leslie sansone, if I just want a quick workout, P90X if I am trying to kick butt, Self bikini body 20 minute HIIT is the BEST! It is hard to go wrong. Just figure out what you like to do, what intensity you want, and find a video you like. Taebo, Jillian Michaels, P90X, Insanity, Turbojam are really popular ones because you feel like the instructors are there motivating you. I love it!

I love using workout videos. I used TaeBo for several years, then tried Chalene Johnson's ChaLean Extreme, and I am now in my first round of Insanity. I go to the gym as well, but having a group of people to try to keep up with and all that keeps me pushing harder than I do when it is just me at the gym.

I think you should always keep a couple around for rainy or winter days. I am still experimenting with some kettle bell workout dvd's. So far I like Jillian Michaels.

I love Donna Richardson's (Joyner) Sweating to the Spirit Video. The music and moves you do, make you forget that you are working out. Her moves target the body parts that most of us have problems with; upper arms, hips, abs, and thighs. This is coming from someone who has tried numerous workout videos and hated them. This one is Awesome. You can find it own Amazon. Make sure you get "Sweating to the Spirit I" She has a second Sweating to the Spirit also...I bought that one also...I did not like that one. It wasn't motivional. I think it was the music. It bored me....

I get bored doing workout videos, I love the wii fit. I have a thing about beating my own high scores. I've also got an attachment for the board that brings it up to a higher step for the aerobics.

I have all of them. I like them at first and then I get bored. I just ordered Insanity, i heard from people other than the people on the infomercial, actual people that are doing it, and they say it is awesome, so I'm gonna give it a try. Hope it works as well as I have heard!!!!emoticon

I like Brook Burke's tape for strength training. Otherwise, I go to the gym or go jogging. But I really like it for my abs!

I prefer to use workout videos then giong to the gym. I also use the nature trails near my house to do extra cardio.

The dvd's I use:

Gunnar Peterson's Core Secrets (with fitness ball)
SparkPeople 28 Day Bootcamp
Extreme Makeover Weight Loss Edition- The Workout
Yoga Step-By-Step
15 Minute Workouts For Dummies
BeachBody 10 Minute Trainer (with 5 different workouts including yoga)

I'm also waiting on my 3 Jillian Michael's DVD's that I got from Groupon for $25 to come in the mail any day now.

I like to mix them up so that my workouts do not become predictable.
I've also found that some pawn shops carry workout dvd's and they can be super cheap if you're short on money.

Workout videos are great if I can't make it to the gym (or just don't feel like going!) and/or need to mix it up. P90X is good if you're looking for high intensity. Jillian Michael's 30-Day Shred is good as it offers three 20-minute workouts - you can combine then for a longer workout, or just do one or two if you have less time, and she offers modifications if you need an easier level. Tracy Anderson's DVDs are a good change of pace too.

Definitely yes. With workout videos there are no excuses because you don't have to leave the house. I love Coach Nicole's videos as well as Zumba and Brazil Butt Lift (that's what I'm currently using).

No, but only because I haven't gotten around to hooking up my DVD player. At 63 I like the Jane Fonda workouts and Richard Simmons! Simmons makes me smile while I huff and puff.
