I am probably the biggest Jillian Michaels fan on the planet! I have all of her DVD's and I bought her Body Revolution program last month and started Phase 2 yesterday. Absolutely, hands down, the BEST program I have ever used.

I have always been kind of addicted to work out videos. I almost have to many, and try not to by them anymore. Especially since most of them are too long right now to fit into my schedule. I have done P90 and some Jillian videos in the past year. One that I am really wanting right now though is Zumba. I so want to try Zumba.

Work out video's are great, my collection is growing (you have to have a variety!) I do most of my workouts on the kinect now... dance central is the best! You don't even know that you are working out, just that you are having fun! I really want to try zumba for the kinect.

You can find these on amazon, the Walk at Home series with Leslie Sansone. Basically you play the DVD and walk inside your house. I like the 5 mile walk one. It's a pretty good workout and doesn't require any extra equipment (like dumbbells). Hint: before you buy a video, read the user reviews on it on amazon.

I am a little older and have a back injury and I love Jane Fonda's new DVD's to death! Her weight workout works out everything so that you feel it, without stressing anything. Her dance DVD is great...she is just careful about potential injuries. I think they are genius!

Richard Simmons gets my vote, although I'm not familiar with some mentioned here. But with rich incorporating lots of arm movements and keeping those legs movin' it doesn't take much time to get the sweat pouring. I like Leslie, too:)

Collage Video has tons of exercise programs with descriptions and some have links where you can watch bits of them. Also a catalog they can mail to you. Phone answers are encouraged to try them and can help you discern which one(s) might work best for you and it they don't, they are easily returnable. So important to like the videos you work out to! I used them a lot when I had small children who napped; kept me sane and fit!

Yes. I'm new to them but I love Coach Nicole's 28 day Bootcamp. It's the first work out video I've ever purchased & I think I started with just the right one. Since then, I've bought a few more: Jillian Michaels & Billy Blanks Tae Bo and Leslie Sansone's Walk at home, just to have a variety if I need it. I was surprised that I like them so much.

I also started watching on Youtube Tiffany Rothe workouts. Oh my gosh, they are only about 10 mins. but you feel it the next day!! I just bought Jillian Michaels Killer buns and thighs and Sparkpeoples 28 day boot camp, but I haven't tried them yet. I also have tae bo videos, and winsor pilates videos. I also like doing workout games on the wii, kinect, or PS3.

I really like Leslie Sansone's WATP series. A couple of my favorites are: Walk Strong - which incorporates, her indoor walking with strength training while doing lunges and squats, 4-mile Super Challenge - from the Express series though no "booster" is required, and her Boot Camp - which uses bands.

I have mobility issues because of cancer, the bone mets in my hip prevent me from standing or walking long enough for a workout, so I use Jodi Stolove's chair dancing DVDs. Even though the workouts are done seated, they still get your heart rate up.

I also have a Chair Aerobics Chair Boxing DVD, for the days my hip is really hurting; it works just the upper body.

And for those days I am extra fatigued from chemo, I have a Sit and Be Fit DVD. It's a workout designed for seniors, but at least it gets me stretching and moving on the days I can't handle a lot.

My name is Shari; I have been a Sparker since July 2006, and living with Stage IV breast cancer since 2007.

Promise me you'll always remember: You're braver than you believe, and stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.

WATP with Leslie Sansome. Low impact, but kick your butt when you need it. Just bought Walk Slim, 4 miles in about 1 hour or less, 15 min mile the first mile, 13 the second mile, and 10 min mile the 3rd. I love her programmes when you want something quick to start off your day!
