I have chronic kidney disease and low blood pressure & blood clots in both lungs for 3 years..I am 54 years old. I am on the Fall Challenge ,Firecrackers Team,on P.S.T. I have passed my 5% weight loss goal.My exercise plan is 2400 minutes a month.I do walking, ride the bike at the gym 65 minutes, 3 times a week & go ice skating for 90 minutes 2 times a week for people over 50.
