I just ordered these today and just watched both Volfan and Chrissy's videos. They are definitely inspiring. Will let you all know how it goes. I have been doing shakeology for about a month but I cannot afford to keep that up. Also I am not able to eat my high fiber diet while using those shakes. Definitely looking forward to trying the two shakes a day plan with fruit for my snacks and then a regular dinner.

Just another in a long line of gimmicks, when will people learn? Temporary results, and people are paid to write reviews, $50 per review, they show up on Prevention and Shape magazine forums, also! Baloney!

Yes, I have used them as a part of my meals for over a year! I love this company and their products. I actually won one of the monthly challenges and went to Park City Utah September of last year. I received the trip for free, a check for $100.00, a box of products and now I get a substantial discount on products. What I love is that they stand behind them, they will help you, they are not an MLM and they will help you learn how to eat right. They have some great books and hypnotherapy DVD's as well.
This is the video that I did in September when I was there.
I've done Metrecal back in the 1960's, Sego in the 1970's, Nurtri System in the 1980's and 1990's, lost weight on ALL of them, but after awhile, you just get sick and tired of so called "shakes" or nutrition drinks or whatever they are, they like to use the "shake" word to get we fatties to fall for them easier. Do you think you will be using them all the way into assisted living? They are ok for if you are "Event" dieting, but lifetime, I think you will get sick to death of the sight of them.
Plus, keep in mind, there are people paid to post on web sites like this one to "sell" the product, this product has been schilled on Prevention web site, too.
I have been using Ideal Shape as a tool for my weight loss for the last year. In September the 12 monthly winners were flown to Utah for a long weekend at a spa retreat. We had glamour shots, active shots and video interviews. It was an amazing time and the employees/owners of this company are top notch!
I eat several times a day, the shakes/bars are just a part of my plan. Usually a shake for breakfast because I drive an hour to work every day and making breakfast isn't in my plan, then a snack, lunch (either a shake or a balanced meal), snack and dinner.
I have lost 70 lbs. and I am not done yet. I also exercise an average of 5 days a week.
I like that they are not an MLM company and you buy direct from the company. I am not paying for a line of people to get their cut just because I buy products.
I actually ordered these shake mixes a few days ago! My whole weight problem has been due to not eating enough (and now my metabolism is all but dead). I"ve never been a breakfast or lunch eater, choosing instead to power through my day on a couple cups of coffee. Not healthy, I know, but every effort I have ever made to 'eat right' was short lived. It's not that I don't know how, or am too lazy-- I'm just honestly not interested in food until late in the afternoon/early evening. So, figuring 'fake meals with real vitamins" are better than no meals and no vitamins-- I'm going to give this a shot. I'll update once I get them and have used them for a month. ;)
