Since I have just started, it is looking forward to sharing the differences you are all enjoying.

The normal size clothes are a huge perk! Not having to shop in "special" stores or order online. Running up and down stairs without any effort. Being able to actually RUN around with my nephew at the park. Being able to keep up with people in general. Trying new foods and learning to cook. Feeling like I'm getting younger instead of older.

Being in less physical pain, easier to move around. I cannot wait to see how it will feel to move around as a normal sized woman.

So far, bein able to walk into a store again, grab something off the rack and have it fit! Also feeling much better not having the sugar and carb cravings and crashes.

The best part about my weight loss is the fact that the end number is unknown... I believe that can be exciting and scary but either way you drive it! I also love it when I can see change weekly, that's the most motivating factor of all.

I've been at this since February and have lost 20 lbs. My clothes fit, I have more energy and I am motivated to keep going to reach my goal. It's a sweet spot. Maybe the BEST part is having lived through the ups and downs of it I am less afraid of failing and more inclined to keep at it.

Learning to discipline myself to do what I know I need to do, this makes me a much better person. And the results of losing 40 lbs., it's awesome.
Nothing tastes or feels as good as being fit and slim feel! I buffet my body and make it my slave! When I eat healthy I enjoy my food all day!

I started with 10 kilos extra this year... Now they are gone... It about goin from148 lb to 126.5 lb in 4 months.... It's amazing in everyday... I'm 29 years old, mom and wife, I was doing anything... I mean I didn't do excercise last year, now I'm starting to run, I had my first 5km race just yesterday, knowing that I lost 10 kilos in 3 or 4 months makes me feel I can do anything in life... When this year started I thought I woul never lose weight but know.... O my god and my clothes are gigantic know.. And my dresses... And I'm in a very good mood everyday... I can't hardly recognize the person I was 5 months ago! I have 6 lb left... But I'm so happy!!!!! I don't stress out, I track my food, track my workout and life became so easygoing !!!! Thanks to this kinda sites and people!!!

My energy level is  . Walking up the stairs is almost effortless. Sometimes I wonder is it really me. LOL.

I work in retail and am on my feet around 12 hours a day. Before I lost almost 20 lbs., I thought I would die from the pain in my knees and feet. Now I have no problems. It is great when my husband doesn't recognize me from the back.

Just the fact that I am losing weight! I'm down 19.5 lbs so far, but have a very, very, very lonnnng way to go. But, it feels good to be "on track" & to be able to button tops I couldn't before, slip into pants that I couldn't wear before, etc. Because I have so much to lose, no one has noticed my weight-loss yet. But, I'm noticing! - Oh, yes! Altho it says I don't have any fitness minutes yet, I will be going to Curves tomorrow after work, and plan to get moving! ;)
