My favorite, and what I most often do is one of my DVDs or VHS tapes of Walk Aerobics with Leslie Sansone. It is very motivating for me! emoticon emoticon

I do the stretch bands they gave me at PT after my crash and I walk as much as possible, my favorite exercise though is dancing! I am joining the YMCA September 1 for water exercise!
