I try to walk as much as possible. I usually do house cleaning first, which is in fact some really good exercise if your doing heavy cleaning. I try doing crunches and push ups and I have a workout routine that I barely ever get to.

Zumba, lap swimming (backstroke), cardio (treadmill, stationary bike), weight lifting, beach walking and hiking. I also do Latin dancing when I get the chance--I have to travel in order to do that though, unfortunately.
Current Dances: salsa (standard/LA), casino, rueda de casino, cumbia Colombiana, bachata, mambo, cha-cha-chá, merengue, reggaetón. Dances to Learn/Improve: flamenco, tango Argentino, samba, belly dancing, bhangra, danzón, rumba, cumbia Mexicana.

Because it's been so hot, I've stuck to my Lifecycle bike in the basement as I can do a longer workout without running the risk of heat stroke.

Cycling, elliptical, walking and running on the treadmill, tae bo, jazzercise, yoga. As for strength training, right now I'm focusing on my arms, but I usually do anything and everything. Body weight exercises, dumbbells, resistance bands, gym machines... I like a variety!

I do chair aerobics and love it! I can no longer do exercises like walking or that require me to be on my feet alot so this works for me!
