I really want to use this forum as a conscience, an place to keep me on track. SO , NO I did not walk to day. Yesterday either. I walked on Tuesday, but had an hard time. I feel tired and unsteady. I can't put my finger on anything specifically wrong, just feel off, tired, and unsteady.
