Yesterday we ate out for dinner and I said no to my favorite chocolate turnover at Arby's. when I came home and looked up the calories I was SO glad I didn't have one. Over 500 calories!
Today I said no to birthday cake and to the biscuits they served with dinner.
That weight loss and health are way too important to me!
