hey just sterted last night so havent lost yet, but wen a loose 10lbs im gsetting gel nails, and than every five lbs after that ill get (in order) new langerie, new outfit top to bottom, hair dye, and last im taking a wkend off work and just having fun all wkend
£0.50 in a jar everyday I manage to drink 8 glasses of water, or for every 5 minutes spent on the cross trainer.
£1 in a jar for every week I remember to take my pills everyday
New CD/DVD for 2 weeks without missing a walk or 1 week without eating past 8pm.
I haven't gotten any of these rewards yet but I haven't started taking my weightloss that seriously yet.
I also have rewards for every 5 kilos I lose. My first reward is to get highlights in my hair. I was going to get my eyebrows waxed professionally but it was taking so long to lose weight I took matters into my own hands and plucked them. I ended up doing a pretty good job. Other rewards include a new dress and pair of shoes, itunes vouchers, a wii and just dance, a new wardrobe, a bikini etc.
Once I've mantained goal for a few years I will reward myself to a ipad if I haven't gotten one already, a new wardrobe from the highstreet and a trip to Australia. Pretty exciting!

My workout rewards are somewhat extensive but I think that I will be way more motivated if I have these rewards to push me. The weights with asterisks are *big* goals!

When I lost my first five pounds, I bought myself another Wii fitness game - I got Zumba. When I lose my first ten pounds (almost there!) I'm going to get stuff to allow me to run outdoors - a pedometer and an iPod sleeve.

I really don't reward myself. Don't have the cash to spoil myself. But when I lost 10 pounds, I took a night to sip some wine and read a book and not deal with people. I might do that again when I get to a 20 pound loss.
I think this is a GREAT topic.. although I don't use the rewarding yourself system I will start. This should serve as motivation to myself so i can work harder with my weightloss goals and prove myself (NO ONE ELSE) that i can do ANYTHING i set my mind to. Thanks for this post! :)

I want to visit Jamaica with all my heart & I've made that my reward for reaching my goal of losing 82 lbs. I've also included things like magazine subscriptions, work out gear (high end), new hair style, new digital camera just things I really want that I can't buy till I reach that mile stone :)
it really depends on what i'm working towards (goals). Sometimes it's an outfit, a new pair of tennis shoes, registration for another event, or paying for a new exercise class. I try very hard not to have it be a night out to a new restaurant or something involving food.
When I get to my goal (I'm almost 1/2 way there!), I'm gonna go get a manicure, a pedicure, a massage and a haircut. I'm also thinking about taking my favorite ring in and seeing if it can be sized down!
