Most of them as long as they are not jazzed up I prefer the traditional carols.

there's so much good x-mas music to pick from! my favorite hymn would probably be o come o come emmanuel. we always played jingle bell rock for christmas parades in marching band and i really liked it; it never got old. as far as orchestral pieces go, sleigh ride cannot be beat. and i totally agree with whoever mentioned john rutter... absolutely amazing. finally, the one song i've gotta hear on the radio because it makes me smile every time is santa claus is comin' to town by bruce springsteen.

A new study from the National Institutes of Health found that the most sedentary individuals are 2.5 times more likely to develop dementia than regular exercisers.
Cheese. Bacon. Tomatoes. Yum! Chef Meg finds a slightly more sophisticated version of the hot pepper poppers found on appetizer menus everywhere. Her version uses mild banana peppers, creamy Gouda cheese, a bit of bacon for a smoky richness, and tomatoes to offer a bit of freshness. She grills them to add another layer of flavor to the dish.
Serve these as an appetizer or unexpected side dish at your next barbecue!
Chef Meg uses panko, or Japanese breadcrumbs in this recipe. You can substitute whatever breadcrumbs you have on hand.
