I just signed on here recently. Joined a gym and am working out an hour almost daily. Dropped my calories significantly; but so far no weight LOSS! Really getting sick and tired of this. My go to the pool is closed every time it RAINS so I am not even getting in my 1 hour swims anymore. UGH! I have been watching what I eat, no sweets and lowered calories for at least 2 months now! No progress and getting really bummed out!!!
