to feel proud - like I'm making progress and making myself a priority.
I'm sore from yesterday, but despite that I still got out and ran this morning. I know I'm doing all I can to reach my goals. I can now feel accomplished today, rather than stressed/guilty and "shoulding" on myself - I should have already done this, I must get out there and run.
