I made tacos... ended up having a "taco salad." Basically I put half a serving of ground beef, a serving of cheese and kidney beans, and a torn up tortilla in a bowl and put some hot sauce on it before mixing it up a bit. I figured I would do it this way so I could still have the full ingredients, but didn't have 220 calories worth of tortillas in my dinner.

Full-time Aunt

Starting weight: 309.4
1st goal: 10.4 pounds, 299 by July 2, 2014 (met June 25th)
2nd goal: 30 pounds- 10% of remaining weight, 269 by October 15, 2014

Made for the first time, Scoopable Chinese Chicken Salad from Hungry Girl. 1 1/2 cups per serving. Makes 5 servings. Letting flavors mix now. Looks delish!

Afternote: I like this! Not many ingredients, but very tasty, and I have several servings left.
