You can track your workout details, feelings, energy levels and more each time you track your workouts on your Fitness Tracker. Keeping notes like this can help you notice trends in your workouts so you can continue to make progress, avoid injury and keep your routine fresh and effective. Adding Exercise Notes is easy!
1. Go to your Fitness Tracker
by selecting "my Fitness" from the "My Tools" tab at the top of the site.
2. Scroll down below your exercise tracker. You'll see a section titled "Today's Fitness Notes." Click the "Add a Note" button to record your thoughts, feelings, or anything else related to your workout that day. Then click "Save."
After you've recorded several Fitness Notes over time, you can easily find and read them by clicking the "See Notes Report" button in the Fitness Notes section of your tracker.
