You can track your thoughts, feelings, fullness and hunger levels, or anything else related to your meals or eating patterns, on your Nutrition Tracker. Keeping notes like this can help you notice trends in your eating habits. Adding Nutrition Notes is easy!
1. Go to your Nutrition Tracker
by selecting "my Nutrition" from the "My Tools" tab at the top of the site.
2. Scroll down below your food tracker. You'll see a section titled "Today's Nutrition Notes." Click the "Add a Note" button to record your thoughts, feelings, or anything else related to your meals that day. Then click "Save."
After you've recorded several Nutrition Notes over time, you can easily find and read them by clicking the "See Notes Report" button in the Nutrition Notes section of your tracker.
