You already spend the time tracking your foods, so why not get more out of your tracking experience? It's easy to track your daily intake of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients on your Food Tracker. To add the nutrients you want to track:
1. Go to your myNutrition page
(located under the "My Trackers" tab at the top of the page).
2. Click the "Change Nutrition Goals" button at the top of the page.
3. On the next page, click "Add Another Nutrient to Track."
4. Select the nutrient of your choice from the dropdown tab and hit "Save" to finish. If you want to add more than one nutrient, click "Save and Add Another" to continue adding nutrients to your tracker.
