I'd like to know what the rest of that sign says as it might be advertising for a business that has North Shore in its name. Those building look more like the Central Station railway/Haymarket area than anything around Circular Quay.

yes, that is definitely Circular Quay,The North Shore sign probably refers to the ferry wharf to the north shore. No Harbour Bridge then!!!
