I've often thought of getting one of these but we have two cats. I'm afraid they would puncture it with their claws. Anybody else out there have cats And a ball chair?
I had one when I went to physical therapy after my automobile accident and I soon ended up hating it, just thinking and seeing your ball made my back hurt, lol! Don't get me wrong if it works for you please enjoy!
I would love to do that. But I'm short so the proper ball for me is 55" diameter which leaves my breasts at about level with the desk. I may try it with a little adjustable table for the keyboard.
I have the kind where the stability ball sits in a frame with wheels and a back rest. It's made all the difference with my back pain. Enjoy your new setup--hope it works for you!
