How are you doing at that?? I started at about 210 @ Thanksgiving ... On June 4 I'm @ about 185. Goal is 165 by Aug 15 tho I think I'll be a little over that (thinking I'll be 175).. BUT I will NOT stop at that. True goal is 150, and it will put me at photographical slimness ... but I just want to be healthy and fit and NOT to have a tummy that makes me look pregnant! I'll be 58 in Sept and am tired of being fairly grossly overweight since quitting smoking and drugs in 2008!! Been working at it since Oct 2008 and have had success then failures as life had moments of upsets ( my mother passed away in Aug 2010, was laid off for 2 months in Apr 2011, then boyfriends father passed away on July 31, 2011) I'm an emotional eater ... so getting that under control is HUGE for my success ... also getting exercise into the daily routine. Been having a lotta luck & determination this time around! I'm 5'8", so 150 - 160 is a healthy weight by #'s. Getting my calorie counting bracelet & a pedometer has greatly improved my efforts!
