Yeah I have a few (lots) of those pictures that make you "is that what I really look like" but looking at them will eventually create a SPARK in you to say enough is enough and strive too get to a healthy weight. Good Luck.

I've lost 35lbs since September, but went hog wild at Christmas. I hope I can get back on track when I go back to work on Tuesday.

I just need the motivation and I believe it's here. Health issues are getting out of control. Thanks for the motivation - everyone.

Thank you for your pic. I am looking for motivation. The problem seems too big and overwhelms me but I like the idea of breaking it into small manageable goals which I can achieve. I will start with 10 pounds off but the end of December. This should be manageable.

You can do it. You have started on a wonderful journey and you will succeed. One day at a time.

I as well have these pictures, and I keep them on the wally where it is a constant reminder to myself. At first it was hard for me to actually look at them, but now it is not. I always keep a current picture of myself right next to it. Now, if I can just get my weight out of the 200's, it would be really great, I'll even take 196 at this point. LOL.

Just starting as well. We can do it!! My Hubby reminded me that a small goal is a good start, so I'm going to lose 10 # in 40 days--will get me to Christmas.

I also have more than my share of those pictures. Every time I see one I just want to cringe as to how far I let myself go. When I got on the SP site I love to look at the people who have had success and see how they have traveled their journey. If we can apply that kind of commitment then we can also do it.

I put up a poster/picture frame in my family room and I am putting up pictures for every 10 pounds I lose. I also put up a picture for every 25 pounds lost. I did this for myself so that I could see the difference and yet other people are drawn to it when they come in the room. It is a daily reminder of where I have come from.

Keep up the good work and remember there are lots of people on the site ready to support and help you.

One step at a time and before you know it you will be amazed at how far you have come. Hugs for you. I so know what you are going thru.
