Good luck. The only thing to do is lose weight all over and exercise to firm things up. My problem is not only my gut, but my upper arms. I'm making progress. You will, too.

My sisters and I have decided that even if we don't lose any weight we are going to lose our stomachs. We are going to start doing water aerobics and get fit. Join us in spirit if not in body.

You go girl, just thinking about the next steps is a great start. Just remember, you can't just focus on one part of your body, you have to focus on the overall body. Good luck!
