    I have gotten myself into a routine of being outside by 8am and walking 1 -2 miles. I walk for at least 30 minutes to start the day. My fitbit is now synced to SP so it keeps track of all my active time and I don't have to worry about starting a heart rate monitor all the time. That is really nice. ... Read more
