    On the T25 calendar there are two boxes to choose from when checking off each workout. There's "Nailed it" and "Barely made it."     I start the Advocare 10 Day Cleanse today. I hesitate to call it a "cleanse" because it isn't. I don't know what else to call it, so I am going to stick with that. Basically, for 10 days, I eat a diet of whole foods. I omit things like sugar, refined grains, fried foods, alcohol (bummer), and so on.... Read more
