More About SparkTeams SparkTeams lets you earn SparkPoints with other members of our community. You can set a SparkTeam goal and even have friendly competitions with other SparkTeams on our leaderboards. You can compete against SparkTeams by type, such as companies and families. For example, we have a Leaderboard of Small Companies. Here are some terms you will see on our SparkTeams pages: Public and Private SparkTeams - If a SparkTeam is Public anyone can join (without permission or invitation). A Private SparkTeam means you need to be invited by the SparkTeam Leader to join. SparkTeam Type - Each SparkTeams are given a classification, such as Companies, Community SparkTeams, Families, Schools, and Other SparkTeams.
