Summer Baseball Classic Week 9 Challenges

Okay, I officially stink at being organized. Just realized today that I never posted challenges for this week.

SOooooo.... Choose your own nutrition and exercise challenges for the rest of the week. If you stick to them, report with your weigh in what you did, and you'll get bonus points for them. Feel free to reuse any from previous weeks.

Summer Baseball Classic Week 8 Challenges

Running out of ideas... open to suggestions for next week!

Nutrition (Choose 1):
1. Drink at least 9 glasses of water everyday this week.
2. Track your saturated fat this week, and keep it in the healthy range 6 out of 7 days this week.

Fitness (Choose 1):
1. Do 3 minutes of step ups 6 out of 7 days this week.
2. Add 5 minutes on to each of your "regular" cardio routines this week.

Summer Baseball Classic Week 7 Challenges

Sorry this is a day late...

Nutrition (Choose 1):
1. Eat at least 2 fruits and 3 veggies at least 5 days this week.
2. Track your sodium this week. Eat less than 2300mg of sodium at least 5 days this week.

Fitness (Choose 1):
1. Calculate your target heart rate (Go to the Healthy Lifestyle tab, click on Fitness, then click on Calculators and Assessments. Check your heartrate during your cardio workouts this week, to see if you are in your target range.
2. Find ways to get "extra" exercise this week. Park in the far corner of the lot, take the stairs instead of the elevator, go to the basement to get something instead of sending one of the kids, ride your bike to run and errand, etc. Report to the team what you did this week.

Summer Baseball Classic Week 6 Challenges

Nutrition (Choose 1):
1. At least twice this week, plan out all 3 of your meals ahead of time, and stick to your plan.
2. Take your multivitamin (and whatever other supplements you are supposed to be taking) everyday this week.

Exercise (Choose 1):
1. Get at least 210 minutes of exercise this week.
2. Incorporate at least one new exercise into your routine this week.
