Want to develop your leadership skills?Carol (FearlessLife) is a great co-leader and such a source of encouragement and support to me. She is going to be continuing to lead our Dave Ramsey Fans team as she leads her busy life. I also plan to continue to lead our group in conjunction with Carol.When I joined this group a little over two years ago, there were right about 100 of us. I invited Carol to co-lead with me when we reached about 250 members and plateaued for a while. We are now staying above 1000 members and I am concerned that Carol and I are not able to answer your questions, give you encouragement and help you think through creative solutions with a group this size and both of us so busy "offline".
