Important Information!

I can already tell this is going to be an amazing Team. I have set up some goals for us to reach as a Team and we are already doing GREAT!
-Drink 8 cups of water daily
-Earn 500 sparkpoints per month
-Wal/Run 5 miles weekly
-Do 300 minutes of fitness activities per month
-Get 8 hours a sleep

Please make sure you are logging these point so our Team can recieve the point. I know everyone can do it! Because KY ROCKS!
