NEW- TEAM GOAL!

Hey Friends!

That's right, we've started something new- Team goals! This challenge's goal is getting our whole team up to drinking their 8 cups of water a day. We can do this!

Getting ready for challenge NINE!!

I feel like I missed most of challenge eight! Where in the world have the last three weeks gone???

If you are new I hope you feel welcome!! We love when new members join. Please join in our discussions and lets keep each other motiviated!!

I'm already thinking of my three new goals and I think goal one is going to be to write one way I love myself each day. I can be so hard on myself and look on all that I hate rather than what I love. What will your three goals be???

Summer can be so busy and I know it's hard to check in every day. Even a simple "Hello" is nice. Keep trying your best to check in and lets keep this team together through the busy months.

Challenge eight is over the 9th (this Friday) Let's start challenge nine on the 12th (Monday). I don't usually like a Monday check in but I need to be super careful the next three weeks so a Monday check in is just what I need! Besides I know other's of you didn't like a week between challenges. I'm with you there...I do soooooo much better when I know it's challenge time. :)

Alright, let's rock out this challenge!!

Who's ready for challenge SEVEN?!?!

Challenge seven is starting this Friday the 21st. Are you ready??? After this challenge we are going to measure and then compare with your measurements from the first challenge. See how many inches you've lost total in the last 21 weeks! Thanks Evie for the great idea.

I think I'm going to only have one goal this challenge. I've been struggling with it and it's important for me to have this become a habit. Only eating when sitting down!!! I CAN do this! Be thinking of what your goals will be and I'll start a new thread tonight or in the morning. Let's rock challenge seven!!!

Celebrate!!!

I don't know if any of you get "Good Housekeeping", but May was their 125th issue so they are celebrating!! They had a list of 125 reasons to celebrate. Here are a few of my favs. I hope you find them as encouraging as I did.

Celebrate beauty:

Strut your stuff-be proud of your body and the way you look, and show your confidence to the world.

Be unique-there is only one you, so make it a good one.

Accept that perfection is not a reality-plus, who likes a perfect person anyway? Enjoy yourself and be happy with who you are.

Celebrate you:

Bask in accomplishments and celebrate your successes.

Be confident-if you are confident with yourself, others will have confidence in you.

Don't be judgmental-be open to new and different things.

Listen to music-there is a song for every mood.

Don't take yourself too seriously.

Monday April 5th is the start of challenge five!! Can you believe it??? We have such a great group,and I just want you all to know that each and everyone of you is an amazing person!! Let's see what this challenge holds for us!!!
