July 10-17 Quick Track Challenge

This week we will focus on our Quick Track Streaks by:

Hi Team,

Are you ready for a Challenge? Let's STEP IT UP in JUNE. We know we do a lot of walking around at work but how many steps are you taking each day? Can you add more into your day?

Here's how it works. All required is a pedometer, good walking shoes, and YOU. But its not only about WALKING, ANY ACTIVITY, and the best part is EVERY STEP, pedal, or stroke Counts.

I have links posted below in the threads to convert your other activities into steps and make them count. Also a map so that you can do a virtual walk and make it that much more fun if you'd like.

Here's what is ask of you:
Beginning June 1 thru June 29th you track however you like your steps and report them by the end of each week. The month starts on a wednesday so with that said each wednesday add up all your weeks totals and report, at the end of the month, we will combine all participants totals into one for the team and convert it all to miles to see how far we have gone! (There will be a seperate thread created so that you can post your steps and add them to the person before yours post for a rolling total this can be done daily or weekly)

You can also track your individual steps on your quick track or on your fitness tracker to keep track of your individual steps taken this month. Just go to tracker settings and add it in.

June 30th is our celebration day, laugh a lot, be your best and journey to a new you!
