New Goals!!Hi Everyone,I am new to Spark People but found this group in need of a leader so thought I might be able to help reinvigorate it. I have a background in nursing, naturopathy and nutrition amongst other things, so thought I might be able to share some of my research into PCOS with you all. I am trying to add it in in the form of goals that you can pick and choose from. If you click on the title of the goal, there will be lots of information about why it is good to do, often including scientific studies.
